



Antarctica2 Expedition
The Project:
Antarctica2 is a story almost 60 years in the making. It begins in the late 1950s with one of history’s most iconic explorers making an unplanned bid to reach the South Pole. And it ended, all according to plan, in late 2014 with a theatre maker from the Netherlands that achieved her long-held dream to journey to the end of the world. In many ways, these two adventurers couldn’t be more different – but they shared a determination to prove you can achieve anything if you believe in it. And they both put their faith in Massey Ferguson tractors to help make it happen.
My Role:
On this project I was the Digital Manager overseeing the design, structure and overall strategy of the campaign online. We worked with a fantastic agency called Your Favourite Story to do the development work based on the designs we did in house.
We had daily calls with the team on the ice getting updates and geo-points to chart progress and their trials and tribulations. A fantastically successful project resulting in great brand awareness and story-telling.
